If you are receiving this message it means you are responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Purchase Order. 

This is a reminder to complete a Subcontract Percent Complete Form for any cost for work completed through October 31, 2013 . It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through November 30 , 2013 in which an invoice has not been received or approved for payment . 

Please submit your accrual form by Tuesday , December 4, 2013 . If needed, I have attached the Subcontract PO listing, instructions, and form. 

If you determine that there is nothing to accrue please let me know and provide the PO #. Otherwise, please complete and forward the PO Percent Complete form and email to: EVPO at jlab.org .
