All, 

If you are receiving this message it means you are responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Purchase Order. 

This is a reminder to complete a Subcontract Percent Complete Form for any cost for work completed through September 30 , 2018. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through September 30 , 2018 in which an invoice has not been received or approved for payment . 

**** Please submit your accrual form by Tuesday, September 25 , 2018. If needed, I have attached the instructions and form. **** 

If you determine that there is nothing to accrue please e-Mail EVPO at jlab.org and provide the PO # . Otherwise, please complete and forward the PO Percent Complete form and email to: EVPO at jlab.org .
