[Evpo] Accrual Form 18-C0761 July 2019 and other subcontract accrual

Please find the attached accrual form for PO 18-C0761 LCLS-II Linde 2K Cold Box.   I am withholding 10% from the accrual of line 5 due to the vendor still owing us a small amount of paperwork associated with the final delivery.  I expect it to be provided next week.
Other open subcontract accrual info is provided in list below.
15-C1196 LCLS-II 4.5K CB - no accrual - I approved invoice last week.
16-C0737 LCLS-II 2k CC  - no accruable activity this month
17-C0631 LCLS-II Oil Processor - no accruable activity this month
18-C0415 SC1R 2K CC - no accruable activity this month
18-C0761 LCLS-II Linde 2k CB - accrual submitted in attachment
