    Sorry about the mix up here, The vendor I have been working with is Springs Fab, who i think broke away from Machine Build Tech, and since I didnt see Springs Fab on the spreadsheet it didnt register...

You received the below request because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order.



Submittals were originally requested by COB Wednesday, 12/02/2020, then by noon today, 12/03/2020.  It is imperative that we receive a response by COB today, 12/03/2020, so that needed accruals can be processed before Month End.



Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through November 30, 2020. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.



Please submit your accrual form to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.  If you have nothing to accrue, please email the address provided stating you have nothing to accrue for PO# xxx-xxxxxx.
