[Evpo] Subcontract PO Accruals

Connie,

Invoices for 20-C0248 and 20-C0029 have been approved today for work completed in December so no accruals for them.

Also, nothing to submit for 18-C0548.  The remaining balance probably won’t be completed until March.

If you are receiving this message it means you are responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Purchase Order.

This is a reminder to complete a Subcontract Percent Complete Form for any cost for work completed through December 31, 2019. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through December 31, 2019 in which an invoice has not been received or approved for payment .

**** Please submit your accrual form by Monday, January 6, 2020. If needed, I have attached the instructions and form. ****
