April invoice was processed today therefore there is no accrual.

Morning All,

Just a note..... Today is the last day to enter cost intended for April.  If cost was recognized in April
it should be entered from an invoice or an accrual.  If an invoice is not available today to process
then an accrual form should be submitted to EVPO at jlab.org<mailto:EVPO at jlab.org> by 3:00pm today.

If there is no accrual then please forward that there is no accrual to EVPO at jlab.org<mailto:EVPO at jlab.org>.

Connie,

Just talked to HCC.  They will be sending invoice tomorrow.

No work was done in April, but material was delivered to site.
Lights           $48,028
Cable Tray   $5,059

When I get invoice, I'll verify material is on site. We did have
deliveries escorted when they arrived.

If you are receiving this message it means you are responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Purchase Order.

This is a reminder to complete a Subcontract Percent Complete Form for any cost for work completed through April 30, 2020. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through April 30, 2020 in which an invoice has not been received or approved for payment .

**** Please submit your accrual form by Tuesday, May 5, 2020. If needed, I have attached the instructions and form. ****
