[Evpo] Correction: JLab Accrual input for Ted P managed subcontract PO's - Nov 2021

Here's accrual input for the month of November 2021. Please let me know if you have any questions.



20-C0007 - SNS PPU Vacuum Vessels - no accrual this month, received invoice on 11/30 and approved it on 12/1.

20-C0336 - LCLSII-HE FPC - no accrual this month, received two invoices and approved them on 11/30.

20-C1207 - JLab Particle Detector - no accrual this month, invoice received and approved on 11/16.

21-C0001 - LCLSII-HE Plated Bellows - no accrual this month, approved 1 invoice on 11/16, holding on 3 others as we are awaiting delivery.

21-D0242 - JLab SRF CTF Piston Expander Refurb - no accrual this month; delivery delayed and will now be in Dec.

21-D0778 - JLab HZB HOM Ceramic - no accrual this month.

21-C1310 - SRF Cavity Insp & Grinding tool - no accrual this month.

21-D1483 - GlueX Beam Profiler - see accrual form attached.

21-C1495 - Moller DS Tor Mag Coils - no accrual this month.

21-D1555 - CTF Cryo Valves - no accrual this month.

22-D0066 - SNS PPU CM#8 Heat Exchanger - no accrual this month

22-D0165 - ENVAC vac vessels - no accrual this month; invoice received on 11/30 and approved on 12/1

22-D0124 - CTF 2K Recovery Heat Exchanger - no accrual this month
