If this means no accrual for 21-D1439 in November 2021 then please resubmit to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org> stating so in the body of the email for clarity.  A form is submitted only when there is an accrual to process.  The attached form is blank.

Note these emails are forwarded to auditors when selected.

Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for work completed through November 30, 2021. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
