[Evpo] Accruals PO 20-C1207

 From my knowledge, there has been no accruals during the month of 
December 2020 for PO 20-C1207.

I am the SOTR for this project and am sending this report in place of 
Ted Peshehonoff as he is not available until the end of January 2021.

Please contact Ted's supervisor, Mitch Laney, for verification of my 
reporting of the situation.
