You are receiving this request because you are the primary, alternate or Supervisor of the person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for the Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order number 20-C1137, and we have not yet received a response to prior request.  The Purchase Order mentioned above currently has approximately $60K in value remaining.

Please provide confirmation of the work performed for the month of August so we may complete our accrual process and obtain accurate Month End reporting.  I have attached the PO Accrual Form again for your convenience. Once completed, please submit your accrual form to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>. Submittals were originally requested by COB Thursday, 9/02/2021, then by noon today, 9/03/2021.  It is imperative that we receive a response by COB Today, 9/03/2021, so that needed accruals can be processed before Month End.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through August 31, 2021. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
