You received the below request because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order.



Submittals were requested by COB today.  It is imperative that we receive a response by noon Tuesday, 4/05/2022.



Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through March 31, 2022. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.



Please submit your accrual form to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.  If you have nothing to accrue, please email evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org> stating you have nothing to accrue for PO# xxx-xxxxxx. ****
