Hi Doug,

Below are the approvals from you and Jessie to pay invoice #253 for $10,710.00 for October 2021 and invoice #254 for $10,710.00 for November 2021.  Line 1 only has $21,420.00.

Based on this the November 2021 accrual for line 1 has to be 100%.  Meaning that much has been completed inception to date for line 1 regardless of whether we had paid the invoice or not.  The invoice happened to be paid on 12/01/21 for November’s accrual/cost.  There is no cost available on line for a December 2021 accrual.

The descriptions on the Subcontract PO lines may help you in this instance. (see below)

59.5% should be through Dec. not Nov.      As I submitted a month ago, through Nov. we were at 42%.

Maybe I am messing this up.   I am putting the sum of the %’s up to the date list.  (i.e. I would list 100% at the final date).  Is that not what you want?

NOTE:   I did see the invoice go back a couple days ago, so it may just already be done.

Hey Doug,

Your submittal reflect line 1 for 59.50% but line 1 has already been fully paid towards invoice #254 for November 2021.

There is nothing to accrue based on what you have submitted.  Did you mean to advise another line or is there no accrual for December 2021 for SubK 21-D1456?

Please resubmit either an updated form or that there is no accrual to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.
