You received the below request because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order.

Submittals were originally requested by COB Tuesday, 5/03/2022, then by noon today, 5/04/2022.  It is imperative that we receive a response by COB Today, 5/04/2022, so that needed accruals can be processed before Month End.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through April 30, 2022. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
