Invoice #83069REV in the amount of $74,523.17 was applied to line 12; leaving a balance of 29.34. Due to this, line 12 could not be reduced to 80.63%.
Please get with Procurement to de-obligate line 12 to zero.

Yes, you can submit an accrual reducing the percentage for line 12 as long as it does not reduce by the amount already vouchered.

Last month, I submitted an accrual form expecting to be 100% complete on one of our PO task orders (Line #12, MOD 013.).



Since that date, we have decided to descope some work from this task order which would lower the overall payment.



Can I just submit a revised Accrual form with a lower % completion?
