You are receiving this request because you are the primary, alternate or supervisor of the person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for the Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders and we have yet to receive a response to our THREE prior requests.



Please provide confirmation of the work performed for the month of September so we may complete our accrual process and obtain accurate Year End reporting.  I have attached the PO Accrual Form again for your convenience. Once completed, please submit your accrual form to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.  If you have nothing to accrue for the period, please email the address provided stating you have nothing to accrue for PO# xxx-xxxxxx. If a reply is not received by 5pm today, September 26, NO ACCRUAL will be recorded.

You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order. Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.



Submittals were originally requested by Friday, 9/15/2023 with the final request by COB, Tuesday, 9/19/2023.   It is imperative that you forward September 2023 accruals ASAP.




Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for estimated work completed through September 30, 2023. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with the estimated work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved. Accruals are due as we are pushing to have them completed early to avoid last minute.
