[Evpo] Subcontract Type PO 23-C1191

Good Afternoon Charlie!

Thank you for updating the date!

However, the following item(s) need to be addressed:

PO # 23-C1191 was invoiced on 04/05/2024 (amount of $40,037.18). This amount was applied to lines 2 and 3 making the percent complete 60% for both lines. The accrual submitted for April has the same percentages (60%). Please advise if the percent complete amount should be a different amount (in which case the percent complete amount on the accrual form will need to be updated to a higher percentage and resubmitted to evpo at jlab.org) or if it should be a "No Accrual for April".
