Good Afternoon Joe!

While processing the accrual for 24-C0141, I noticed the following:


  *
the completed through date is incorrect. It should be 08/28/2024
  *
the lines that need to be accrued are lumped together. An entry is needed for each line that needs to be accrued. Please enter each line individually.

Once the items above has been corrected, please resubmit the accrual form to evpo at jlab.org as soon as possible so that it can be processed by close of business today.

In regards to your inquiry regarding the PO status report, the balance is in fact zero. The rounding for the amount fields was turned off inadvertently. Below is the PO Status Report with the correct rounding formula.  [cid:bd817109-fa84-4d03-ad3b-17df8ecb62e7]

NOTE: The subcontract PO status report shows a balance of 0.00106 (highlighted below).  I’m not sure how or what is causing that, but I’d imagine that should be zero.
