You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order. Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.



Submittals were originally requested by close of business, Tuesday, December 10, 2024 , then by noon, Thursday, December 12, 2024.  It is imperative that we receive a response by COB Today, December 13, 2024, so that needed accruals can be processed before Month End in Accordance with our contract requirements.



Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form ( PO Accrual Form) for work completed through December 15,2024 - this is the date to use on the PO Accrual form as well. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with the work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.

Due to the Holiday Shut Down, we have a very short window for completing this processing.  It is imperative that you forward December 2024 accruals promptly.
