Good Afternoon,

You are receiving this request because you are the primary, alternate or supervisor of the person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for the Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders and we have yet to receive a response to our TWO prior requests.

Please provide confirmation of the work performed through January 29, 2024  (month end close date) so we may complete our accrual process and obtain accurate Month End reporting.  I have attached the PO Accrual Form again for your convenience. Once completed, please submit your accrual form to evpo at jlab.org.

If you have nothing to accrue for the period, this includes NEW POs, please email the address provided stating you have nothing to accrue for PO# xxx-xxxxxx. If a reply is not received by 11 am tomorrow, January 26, 2024,  NO ACCRUAL will be recorded.
