[Evpo] Fw: Subcontract PO Accruals - 3nd and FINAL Request

Hello,

Sadly, I have nothing to accrue for PO# 23-D1614.

The "Statement of Work" document for this project remains stuck in JLAB 
Legal/JLAB Procurement/Siemens Legal.
The SOW has been stuck in this back and forth negotiation for almost 10 
months now.  It seems dysfunctional, almost unbelievable.
I was recently told that they had to implement some more changes because 
Siemens prices have now been increased.
