Subject: Subcontract PO Accruals - 4th Request


Good afternoon TEAM,





You are receiving this request because you are the primary, alternate or supervisor of the person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for the Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders and we have yet to receive a response to our THREE prior requests.



Please provide confirmation of the work performed for the month of March so we may complete our accrual process and obtain accurate STARS reporting for DOE.  I have attached the PO Accrual Form again for your convenience. Once completed, please submit your accrual form to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.  If you have nothing to accrue for the period, please email the address provided stating you have nothing to accrue for PO# xxx-xxxxxx. If a reply is not received by 5pm today, March 25, NO ACCRUAL will be reported to DOE.
