We received an invoice on 9/6/2024 in the amount of $33,716.42. This amount was applied to line 1 per the attached email due to this invoice the line is completely vouchered.

Checked my records.  Last accrual for this PO was June 2024, with line 1 at 80%

and line 2 at 20%.  Sent emails with no accruals for July, August and September.



October accrual I sent was still 80% line 1 and now 80% line 2.



If this was changed, let me know and I'll adjust the line 2 % complete

to reflect actual total project % complete.

line 1 has already been vouchered at 100%. Due to this, I am unable to reduce the percentage to 80%. I also noticed that the PO Number on the accrual form has an extra zero. Please update the accrual form and send it back to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>
