Good Afternoon T.E.A.M


You are receiving this request because you are the primary, alternate or Supervisor of the person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for the Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order number 24-D1614, and we have not yet received a response to prior request.  The Purchase Order mentioned above currently has approximately $194K in value remaining.



Please provide confirmation of the work performed for the month of October so we may complete our accrual process and obtain accurate Month End reporting for our customer.  I have attached the PO Accrual Form again for your convenience. Once completed, please submit your accrual form to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.  If you have nothing to accrue for the period, please email the address provided stating you have nothing to accrue for PO# xxx-xxxxxx. If a reply is not received by 3pm today, NO ACCRUAL will be recorded.
