[Evpo] Subcontract PO Accruals - 4th Request 24-D0863

Dear Shareen,

This never reached me. I did a fast check based on the formal report I saw up to September and extrapolating from the informal progress reports I have seen up to now. If I understand it right, there was also no accrual claimed for September with this transition?

Projecting up to October 10/28, the accrual is rounded 27% or near $51,246.00 for 24-D0863.

I also reached out to MIT to easier get the updates,

Just so you are aware they are asking for an accrual for MIT on this PO, 24-D0863. We have accrued $36,114.00 since April on this PO, We have not paid anything on it at all. The full dollar value is $189,800.00.

Thanks for the reply.  You will need to work with the buyer to get the POC updated.  That section is not handled in Finance.

Giuseppina, are  you able to update/correct the POC names for this Subcontract accrual obligation?  Please advise.

You are receiving this request because you are the primary, alternate or Supervisor of the person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for the Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order number 24-D0863, and we have not yet received a response to prior request.  The Purchase Order mentioned above currently has approximately $154K in value remaining.

Please provide confirmation of the work performed for the month of October so we may complete our accrual process and obtain accurate Month End reporting for our customer.  I have attached the PO Accrual Form again for your convenience. Once completed, please submit your accrual form to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.  If you have nothing to accrue for the period, please email the address provided stating you have nothing to accrue for PO# xxx-xxxxxx. If a reply is not received by 3pm today, NO ACCRUAL will be recorded.
