I do apologize for not catching this sooner.



The submittal form attached still needs to be corrected as  follows:



  *   Lines 13, 20, 42 and 43  have  been vouchered at 100% - on 09/12/2024.

  *   Line 41 has been vouchered at 16.55%; due this the percentage amount needs to be changed to something higher or a a "no accrual" for this project needs to be submitted.



Once the revision has been made, please resend the corrected accrual to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.
