When I was trying to process the accrual on this po I noticed the following:



  1.  On August 11, we received a voucher for July and that made both line 1 & 2 to be vouchered at 100%, so if you want to accrue on another line please send me the updated form as soon as possible.
  2.  If you want no accrual for August , please send us and email stating no accrual for August.
