[Evpo] July Accrual Form (JSA-24-C1425)

Good Morning Tom,

I working on the attached PO 24-C1425, and I notice that:



  1.  Line 4 is already vouchered at 34.02% on 6/25/2025 for a May voucher, we cannot decrease the percentage.


Pleased make the necessary changes and email it back to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.
