Can you send me the approved, reconciled August form, or at least a screenshot of it? That way we can both be working off the same numbers.  I don't see 14.07% anywhere, I see 12.57%.

Pls call me on Teams going forward if this doesn't resolve the issue.

I am not sure about the hours, i can tell the percentage of that line is completed is at 14.07% percentage,

14.07% would imply that 176 hours were received in August. Is that actual?

For line 1 its already vouchered at %14.07 percentage on September 8, we cannot reduce the amount, please increase the amount and send the revised form back to us.

You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order. Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.

This is the Year End accruals where we have a very short window for completing this processing.  It is imperative that you forward September 2025 accruals promptly.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for estimated work completed through September 30, 2025 - this is the date to use on the PO Accrual form as well. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with the estimated work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved. Accruals are due by Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
