there is no attachment, please can you attached it to the email, and for the vouchered amount its because we processed another invoice on Sep.05,2025, that caused the increase of the percentage on line 4.

Please see the attached revised Accrual Form (Sept. 24).

Although, I'm a little confused because Aug. Accrual Form was 46.96% for line 4.

While i was trying to add the accrual for PO 24-C1425, I noticed the following:



  1.
line 4 is already vouchered at 77.67% we cannot decrease the amount.
  2.
line 8 is already vouchered at 100% we cannot decrease it to zero.


please make the necessary changes as soon as possible and send it back to day to evpo at jlab.org,
