The following Power Outage has been Proposed:

End Time:    06/28/2013 15:00
Description: Remove power from transformer T-16 in Test Lab basement and tie to its permanent feed.  This will remove 208/120 power in the test cave (including lights).  This will also remove power from 2 of the air compressors.

Remove power from one of the LCW pumps to tie it into its permanent power.
