The following Power Outage has been Proposed:

Outage:      Test Lab High Bay, DP-LAB-4

End Time:    06/26/2013 12:00
Description: Remove power from DP-LAB-4 in the High Bay to tie in feeder for the VSA.  This will remove power from the HVAC servicing the VTA control room.
