The following HVAC Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      ARC Governair Monthly Maintenance

Description/Impacts:
Must perform monthly maintenance on Governair Unit : replace air filters, clean coils and drain pans, lubricate bearings, general inspection......
Affects all 1st-3rd floor labs : NO AC / Heat during maintenance task.
*Must also perform maintenance on lab fume hood exhaust fans : general inspection, check / replace belts, lubricate bearings.
Affects all lab fume hoods : exhaust capacity will be reduced 50% for ~ 15min. ea. fan (x2).
