The following Power Outage has been Proposed:

Outage:      Counting House Electrical Panels CHA1, CHB1 & CHC1

Start Time:  08/01/2014 07:00
End Time:    08/01/2014 12:00

Description/Impacts:
Power outage of these three panels so that a new circuit can be installed in panel CHA1 for Heat Tape.  In CHA1 there is a RAU Monitor circuit in the panel and in CHC1, there is a UPS in Electrical Room Circuit.  The rest of the loads are various receptacles and plugstrips.  Please deal with this accordingly.
