Description/Impacts:
Remove power from CHL-TP to tie in GFCI breaker for eye wash heat tape.  This impacts existing cooling tower heat tape, and valves 2,4,6, &8.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 08: Central Helium Liquefier
