Description/Impacts:
One location was actually repaired.  A second location was be scheduled for repairs to be implemented.

TEDF subcontract will troubleshoot 58-MAU-3 humidifier leak problem.  Work will require activating humidifiers and opening access doors by humidifier grids to identify specific source of leak.  Possible impact would be exposure to particles when access doors are opened.  Humidifier grids are located before circulation unit and ULPA filtration so any particles ingested will be trapped before reaching the clean room.
