Description/Impacts:
Remove power from panel L3.  This will remove power from panels P3, P3A, P3B, and CP.  This will impact lighting and receptacles in the stockroom area, including both levels of the caged area for Hall B, shipping and receiving, and various receptacles in the main corridor (keywatcher and vending).

P3A feeds the Hall B cleanroom.  P3B feeds a few 5-wire receptacles in the highbay area.  Please be sure all units are powered down this evening.
