Description/Impacts:
Remove power from the entire CMSA to tie in temporary trailer power for the new ESH&Q building.  This will remove power from all buildings, compactors, and the tornado siren in the CMSA.

	Bldg 32C: CorrosiveStorage
	Bldg 32D: Chemical Storage
	Bldg 32E: Waste Oil Storage
