Outage:      UIM Electrical Upgrade - End Station Unitsub T2

End Time:    12/31/2014 12:00

Description/Impacts:
Unitsub T2 secondaries will be replaced.  Outage will impact all clean power in Hall A, Hall B and Hall C.
