The following Power Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      UIM Electrical Distribution Upgrade - Unitsub 5- MVSW#2 and MVSW#5

Description/Impacts:
Upgrade Unitsub 5 to MVSW#2 and MVSW#5 - impacts test lab chiller plant and redundant data center feed.

The Accelerator Test Lab electrical source power outage results in the following impacts:
Both York Chillers (and associated primary pumps), both Accelerator Chilled Water Loop pumps, and the Accelerator Chilled Water Loop Makeup System will be off.  Cooling will be switched from the Test Lab basement chillers to the CUP 800 Ton chiller prior to the outage.  CEBAF Center F-Wing, Test Lab, and EEL equipment and areas cooled by the Central Chilled Water System will not be impacted.  All loads connected to the Accelerator Chilled Water Loop will have no cooling.  Cooling will be restored to the Accelerator Chilled Water Loop loads by installing an electrical power feed to one of the two Accelerator Chilled Water Loop circulation pumps from Test Lab general electrical power.  The electrical power feed will be installed the early part of January 2015 to support restoration of Accelerator operations as scheduled.
