The following HVAC Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      Bldg 28 SSC     28-AHU-1 Maintenance

Description/Impacts:
Must perform quarterly maintenance on main air handler for SSC (VARC) building : replace air filters, clean coil / condensate pan / drain, lubricate bearings, check / adjust belts.....
Affects ALL areas : No AC for duration of task (max 1 hr). Will pre-chill building to offset loss of AC - weather is as cool as it's gonna get for another 2 months!
