The following Control System Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      Switchover to ARC Building New JCI Frontend HVAC Control System Controllers

End Time:    08/07/2015 17:00

Description/Impacts:
Johnson Controls will begin switchover from the existing JCI HVAC frontend controllers (NCM's) to new frontend controllers (NAE's).  The actual switchover will begin Tuesday 7-28-15 around 1 PM.  There should be no major impact to building operations.  Primary HVAC units have been overridden on at the local JCI controllers to prevent units from shutting off when communication is lost with the frontend controllers being replaced.  NCM-2 that controls equipment located on the fourth floor and up will be replaced first.  As units are switched to the new frontend controllers, specific control functions will be tested and corrected as required.
