Description/Impacts:
This outage is to shut down Panel CHL-TL1. This outage is to remove and replace a transformer that feeds the DDC control panel at the CHL cooling tower.
This outage will affect cooling tower pumps 1 and 2, sump heaters 1 and 2, panel CHL-TP, cooling towers fan 1 and 2, and DDC for CHL cooling towers 1 and 2.
This outage will take approximately 30 min.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 08: Central Helium Liquefier
