Description/Impacts:
Remove power from TB-EM to re-locate make-up fan power over to emergency power.  This will remove 480/277 power from the following:

Truck ramp roll up doors (top & bottom)
Exhaust fan TB1
Truck ramp lights
Emergency lighting in Hall 

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 35: Safety Trailer
	Bldg 94: Experimental Hall B
