Description/Impacts:
Remove power from panel TC-EM to tie in make-up fan to emergency power.  This will remove 480/277 power from the following:

Truck ramp roll up doors (top & bottom)
Exhaust fan TC1
Truck ramp lights
Emergency lighting in Hall

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 96: Experimental Hall C
