The following Water Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      ARC Building Domestic Water System Pumping System Repair

End Time:    12/21/2016 07:30

Description/Impacts:
An electrical component was not compatible and a replacement was ordered.  The replacement part will by the end of the week.  Completion of the repair will be scheduled for next week early morning after the part is received.  One domestic water pump was returned to normal operation.  The backup pump will not be available until repair is completed next week.

The Applied Research Center (ARC) Building domestic water booster pumping system will be shutdown Wednesday morning from beginning at 6:30 AM and will be back in normal operation by 8 AM.  One of the two pumps are being repaired which requires both pumps to be off due to electrical safety hazards.  Building domestic water pressure will be reduced resulting in reduced flow to the lower ARC Building floors and virtually no flow to the upper ARC Building floors.

The sprinkler system is pressurized by a separate fire pumping system that will not be impacted by these repairs.
