Description/Impacts:
Remove power from AP-LAB-15 to tie in A/C and control room receptacles.  Will remove 208/120 power from the ITF control room, ITF cave, and the 100A Hall A Rack Skid

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 58: Test Lab
