Description/Impacts:
Remove power from HDH1 to tie in breakers for chiller and heater units.  This will remove all 480, 277, 208, 120 power from the generator backed systems in the HD Ice area of the North Annex.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 58: Test Lab
