Jason,
I addressed this at the meeting this morning. The consensus is it cannot 
happen until the cryomodule in the
Test Cave is moved out. Cooling down is going on now. The tentative date 
to move the module out of the test cave
is Aug. 10th. This would be the earliest your outage could be done.
