The following HVAC Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      Installation and Testing of ARC AHU-1 Outside Air Damper Actuator

Start Time:  10/21/2016 06:00
End Time:    10/21/2016 08:00

Description/Impacts:
Replacement interface bracket has been received and will be installed Friday morning as planned.

The installation subcontractor will shut laboratory AHU-1 off for approximately 30 minutes Monday morning sometime between 6 AM and 8 AM.  Laboratory ventilation will not be turned off so impact to lab operations should be minimal.

The interface bracket was not the correct size for the damper shaft so the work could not be performed.  The correct part is being acquired and installation will be coordinated when the part is received.  The next cool morning will be this Friday (10-21-16) if the part arrives in time.
