Outage:      Power Outage CFT, Bldg 57 - Panel CRYO-4 & CRYO-5

Description/Impacts:
Power outage for contractor to install another lighting circuit to reduce the current on the primary lighting circuit.  Neither panel appears to have any critical loads, but there are some receptacles that are fed from these panels.  The building BAS system is fed from CRYO-5.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 57: Cryogenic Test Facility
